Educación Híbrida Pospandemia: Retos y Oportunidades

El presente trabajo examina cómo la pandemia aceleró la adopción y evolución de la educación híbrida, combinando enseñanza presencial y virtual. Resalta la transformación de los paradigmas educativos, enfocándose en la integración tecnológica y la flexibilidad en la educación. Analiza los retos como la equidad y el acceso a la tecnología, y las oportunidades como la personalización del aprendizaje y el desarrollo de habilidades digitales. Las conclusiones enfatizan la preparación laboral adaptativa, la formación continua, la necesidad de reestructuración institucional y la evolución constante del modelo educativo.
